National Huddle
Served as both a designer and event photographer for Sport Clips’ 2024 and 2025 National Huddle events, annual conferences bringing team members together from across the country for a week of learning, connection, and celebration. Across both years, I created large-scale environmental graphics, signage, apparel, and event materials designed to build immersive branded experiences while supporting attendee engagement throughout the convention spaces.
National Huddle 2024
The 2024 Huddle focused on celebrating attendees through the theme “I’m a Game Changer,” incorporating imagery submitted by team members nationwide to create a personal and inclusive event experience. Held at the Nashville Convention Center, the campaign featured environmental graphics, sponsorship signage, apparel, and attendee materials designed to build excitement and reinforce the event theme throughout the space.

National Huddle 2025
The 2025 Huddle centered on the pillars Run the Playbook, Create Raving Fans, and Build a Legacy, with the theme “Play Like a Champion.” Inspired by gameday sports graphics, the visual system used layered textures, collage elements, and hand-drawn playbook details to create an energetic convention experience across registration, wayfinding, and interactive attendee spaces.
