One of my main responsibilities at Sport Clips is handling creative requests from Team Leads across 1,8000 stores nationwide. Managing such a high volume of requests requires organization, efficiency, and attention to detail. I’ve developed strong systems to manage the workload and ensure quality and brand consistency in every project. I have a special appreciation for printed materials. There’s something satisfying about holding a tangible item, whether it’s a mailed coupon or a promotional flyer.
Vendor Templates
To streamline the workflow and reduce custom requests, I created branded mailer templates for vendors such as Valpak, Webgraphics, and Money Mailer. These templates allow TLs to go directly to printers, saving time and ensuring consistent design across all markets. Each layout is eye-catching, on-brand, and highlights key services and coupons for participating locations.
MiLB Coupons
I had the opportunity to design two coupons for 120 MiLB teams nationwide. One version was created specifically for players, while the second, featuring a field-themed design, was distributed to fans in stadium seats during halftime. Both designs included a designated space to customize with team logos, ensuring flexibility while maintaining a cohesive look.
Kids Product
In 2024, SC launched a kids’ product line featuring the characters Austin and Buddy. During the campaign, I created multi-purpose coupons that also functioned as bookmarks, and developed downloadable coloring pages for the kids’ webpage to highlight the characters and products. Although the line is no longer active, I enjoyed illustrating and exploring a different, more playful design style.
Print Collateral
I take pride in staying consistent with the Sport Clips brand while meeting team leaders’ needs and keeping imagery, headlines, and the overall sports-focused identity up to date. Regardless of the theme, event, or material, I strive to create print assets that remain true to the brand while incorporating fresh, modern, and clean design elements.
